Beach this morning was fun! Deep water running, hummmmm and soft sand lunges - nice combination for not being able to walk tomorrow. Thanks Ainslie, great session. Pam R

I really enjoyed the boxing component of bootcamp on Monday night. I did not like the squatting part and running to the cricket pitch, as I felt a bit sorry for my partner as she had to squat for longer... though that had to be good for her!

Thanks Sandy for the concept of the 5 week challenge. It was the motivation I needed to draw a line in the sand after a far too celebrated December (and before) with my holiday cruise and Christmas period! So I made the committment and started the challenge on January 5 - and 30 days later I can say I am so pleased I did! Yes it takes some adjustments to your lifestyle but it is really a matter of cutting out some bad habits (in my case) that had formed over the last 12 months or so. So if you think the 5 week challenge may be a good idea I say go for it! What have you got to lose...except a few unwanted kilos! Sandy keeps you on track with the weekly weigh ins and offers advice specific to you. Thanks again Sandy. Cheers, Baden.

Well done to the 5 Week Challengers just completed ! Some AWESOME results with great weight loss but more importantly body fat % reduction ! Sure you will agree Boot Camp Junkies these guys look remarkably different to 5 weeks ago. Kicking butt at Boot Camp & Steve even did his first two Triathlon's during his challenge. Great turn out down the beach last Friday - good company to celebrate great achievements ! Motivation was high - keep your strength up over Easter and see you for the next block !

After completing the 5week challenge the most important lesson that I think that I have learned Is that no matter what challenge life throws us, grab on to it enjoy that bumpy ride and get ready for some great results! I decided to take up the 5 week challenge on a night after a few champagnes, then without to much thought looked on line sent an email, then thought crap what have I done!! Then the self doubt started to creep in and I had 4 weeks to stew and boy did I. When the day finally arrived and I thought to late to back out now, I went to my first ever bootcamp, and boy it was so not what I expected! Every single person in all my classes were really nice only ever was there encouraging words from everyone and Sandy is one of the most motivating people I have ever met, she made me believe that of course I can not only do these 5 weeks but I'm going to get results that I would never thought possible! She was so right! When I started I was a size 16 but now I am a size 12 and loving it!! When I started I couldnt do even 1 sit-up but with a some patience and good advice from Sandy I now have no problem with full sit-ups. Of course I still struggle with different exercises (seems to Always involve jogging) but I will get there, and I know that with Sandy's help it will be sooner than later. Thanks Sandy looking forward to next 5 weeks xxx

5 Week Challenge finished on a high Friday night 24th July ! Well done challengers.. great weigh in figures.. some great achievements... big body fat% drops, biggest looser was 7.8 kgs over the 5 weeks. Great loss and because it has been done over a steady period of time with real food and no gimmicks - it will stay off ! Well done crew - very proud of each and every one of you and your journey.... cheers Sandy

It was so fabulous to see so many of our very own bootcampers along the coast this morning going for a walk or jog. Well done Baden, Ange and Belinda, I hope you enjoyed the perfect sunshine as much as I did.

I have just finished my first 5 week challenge and am extremely happy with the results. I would encourage anyone who is serious about trimming down and has maybe had a few half arsed attempts to "exercise more and eat the right food" to do a 5 week challenge with Sandy. It is a down to earth, no frills way to lose centimetres. I was amazed how mentally strong I could be - now I feel I can do anything if I set my mind to it. At the end of the challenge when the results were obvious many friends wanted to know the "secret". I laughed - there was never a secret - just make a commitment to take the challenge. Follow the plan to the letter and watch your body respond. Awesome :)
