Teaching yourself how fuel your gorgeous body entails making real lifestyle changes, and that doesn't happen overnight. You have a better chance at keeping the weight off if you lose it slowly. Keep in mind 1 - 2kgs per week is optimal and cutting back just 200 calories per day over a few weeks is better than being clean for short periods of time and then binging.
