Get your metabolism burning all weekend long with a kick start on

Sat  @ 7.30am.
All fitness levels and abilities.

Each class is always different, stretch your fitness level & take it to new heights. Discover muscles you have not used for years.  All fitness levels are catered for with highly trained instructors who will ensure at all times you are working in a safe but effective way.
Cardio, strength and flexibility training are covered in each session & even injuries are catered for.
Nothing to loose - so much to gain.

Add some extra dynamic training to your week & finish off with a buzz. Using the outdoor elements of sand and sea, you will be challenged and be in the fat burning zone for an extended period of time.  No regular class - but an opportunity to push to your limits.

Heartmoves   lets you safely sustain fitness long term.

"Feel Great" is the name of these classes as this is exactly how you feel afterwards !

Low-moderate intensity exercise class that includes a focus on strength, flexibility, fitness, co-ordination and balance in a FUN atmosphere.

Is PERFECT if you want to  still keep fit whilst you are nursing an injury. Strength and cardiovascular exercises in safe environment - your physio will LOVE you !

 
All fitness levels and ages are welcome , MEN and women and therefore anyone can join  a Heartmoves class.

*  The program has also been designed for  people who may not have exercised in a while, or those managing a chronic condition such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.

Few tips to torch fat fast....

Wait 20 minutes before  going to eat again.

  •  Use a blue dinner plate - studies show the colour has an appetite suppressing effect ( as opposed to red and yellow )
  •  Eat at a table, not the  lounge, or in front of a computer.

  •  Cut sugar from your diet. Completely - no added sugar for a week !

  •  Get at least 7 hours sleep each night.  Anything less fights with your metabolism

  • Steer clear of mixed drinks, stick with light beer, soda water and white colour alcohol.  Test your ability to have control and socialise with pretend cocktails and have an alcohol free night - HARD !



 4 Stages of Weight Loss

Often after several days of slimming we are delighted with its effects, not being conscious that we get rid of water instead of fat.

Fat burning we can consider only after 11 days of a change in nutrition. The stages of your weigh loss looks like this ...

Stage 1: During first 3 days of a plan we lose 70% of water, 5% of proteins and 25% of fat.

Stage 2: Until the 13th day of the plan we lose 19% of water, 12% of proteins and 69% of fat.

Stage 3: Between the 21st and the 24th day of the plan we lose 15% of proteins and 85% of fat.

Stage 4: From the 24th day of the plan we lose 25% of proteins and 75% of fat.


For weight losing one needs determination and consistency.

Many of your will also remember for the 5 week challenge the steel determination required not to give your body any more sugar than necessary.  Eliminating sugar helps your body process the toxins , but more importantly, if you are still giving added sugar to your  nutrition, your body fat will hang around longer - even just a little bit !
