ULTRA TRAINING
 
Take your BOOT CAMP training to the next level.  Swim, Run, Kayak, Ride. But that is not all... every class is different to the last.
 
 
Ultra Training – What is it ?
These ”Ultra Training” classes are conducted outdoors at various mystery locations and incorporate mini circuits, team games, drill-type exercises and challenging structures such as the beach sand hills, kayaking and calm water swimming.  Typically you may find yourself outside of your comfort zone and most certainly increase the intensity of your training. 
 
In many of the “Ultra Training” sessions you will be working together in small teams that will give you cumulative motivation from your team mates to challenge yourself that little bit more. People working in a team environment have more incentive, more determination, they accomplish more, and of course - they have more fun
 
 
I’m not that fit at the moment, what level of fitness is required
Whilst many different levels of fitness are catered for, you must have some basic cardiovascular fitness as well as the mental attitude to go outside your comfort zone in a safe environment.
 
 
But if I’m not that fit, won’t I let my team down ?
The team based challenges are designed to lift your morale and encourage you to achieve beyond what your normal expectation of your capabilities are. We find typically when surrounded and encouraged in a team environment you perform your best !    Your “Best” will be celebrated at what ever level that may be.
 
I can't swim particularly well, can I still join in ?  Yes.  All challenges will have a modified component for those that like the idea of completing the challenge but want to build up to it over some sessions. Remember all fitness and skill levels will be catered for.
 
I'm already pretty fit.  Am I going to be challenged ?  Yes.  All fitness levels and skill levels catered for.  Great pre-season training !
 
 
Do I have to sign up to any contract or lengthy plan ?
No.  Each class is run once a month at a mystery location. You simply need to book your place by phoning 0417 866 600.  Once your place has been confirmed you will need to ring through to find out the meeting point the night prior.  Classes are $20 per class or if you are already a member of www.bootcampclass.com then the class will only cost you $10.

* Please note in School holidays we start at 8am in the mornings instead of 9.30am
 
 
 
45 mins cardio/resistance based circuit class   All levels of fitness catered for.

Check out these great kids from Bunbury enjoying the facilities at Fairbridge, Pinjarra July 2010.  This camp saw them up at 6.30am for a 90 minute Boot Camp Class, and finished their day with a 90 minute stretching and relaxation session.
