Motivate Invigorate Recreate was founded in 2005 when a desire to train in the outdoors with like minded people wasn't to be found in the Northern Perth Suburbs.  Small classes during the morning has now grown to over 11+ classes per week being available, weekend retreats, the "5 Week Challenge" plus many more holistic approaches to living a healthy lifestyle in Western Australia.   The idea of training outside appeals to many West Aussies and we provide a safe and effective way to build fitness into your week.
Motivate Invigorate Recreate have been  privileged enough to work with school children at lunch breaks, school holidays live in camps to corporate team building events and Personal Development days.  During the Summer Months, an ULTRA training session is held once a month to push and extend those who are looking for something extra than a regular class.  This class includes Kayaks, mountain bike riding, ocean swimming and deep water wading with some tough body weight challenges.
We are unique in that we foster a holistic way of looking after the complete clients lifestyle.  Nutrition advice from Personal Trainers, to rehabilitation programs and body composition readings, Motivate Invigorate Recreate has more than meets the eye.

There are no expensive "Joining Fees" or ways to trick you into parting with your hard earned cash.  We offer everyone a "FREE TRIAL" to come along and check out a class before you sign up.

All trainers are certified with a minimum CERT 3 Fitness Instructor, registered with Fitness Australia, Senior 1st Aid qualified, with many years experience between them.

We take you to a different level of Boot Camp Class training in Parks and open spaces surrounding Perth , Western Australia or come to your home.  Beaches and some other beautiful parks around Perth are another favourite location for many of my clients.
